Removes special characters from the provided 'text'.

Usage

$removeSpecialChars[text;removeNumbers (yes/no)]

Breakdown

text - The text to remove special characters from.

removeNumbers - 'yes' means that numbers will be removed. 'no' means numbers will not be removed.
